I can not speak highly enough of how helpful Dylan was in helping me and my partner find our first home together. We felt we knew what we wanted in our heads and Dylan helped make that a reality by showing us several amazing houses in Southie. He was also so reachable and often took calls and texts from my partner and me at all hours of the night responding and reassuring us on the smallest of details. This is why I loved working with Dylan, he looked after all of the 'small things' which for us were really important.

Although I ended up living in New York instead of Boston, Dylan was incredibly helpful in showing me properties that met my criteria when I was searching. He is dedicated, hardworking, and tactful he will not waste your time showing you properties that don't fit your bill. Does a great job finding diamonds in the rough showed me some great deals in the Brighton Area that were awesome!
